Can't Get Logged Back In

while cleaning out the computer cob webs i got logged out now i can't get back in for some reason. it says i hace an invalid name but if you look on the members list i'm there. what gives? i use tasco 74 for name help please......

Please sent me an email message and let me know what you want your password to be. The email address you had in your registration record was invalid, and this was causing bounced messages to me. You probably deleted the cookie for this site when you were cleaning up your computer.
