I am currently on an ammunition hunt that so far has yielded almost no leads. I have a rifle that took quite a while to even identify, I could tell just by looking at it that it was a Mauser, with it's singnature bolt action, but the model was a mystery. It didn't take the normal 8mm round, the chamber and bore were very large. After several trips to the gunsmith, it was identified as a Mauser M71/84, which is rare I assume. It's a model 71 hybrid with a tube mag. the round that it takes is 11.15x60mm, if anyone could help me locate a place on the net, or in New England somewhere, where I could get ammunition for this rifle, it would be greatly appreciated.
