if you go at it correctly. 700x seems to be the powder of choice, altho SR 7625 does really well, too. The best jhp is the 85 gr winchester silvertip, which can be driven to about 1300 fps in a Star Pony, or the Colt Mustang. The Keltec P3AT is a locked breech 380, but it's so light that such loads would be a real bear to control in it, and without a doubt be very hard on such a 10 oz gun.
