View Full Version : Moreland didnt have any cattle or people
to eat, yet he made it thru 11 winters in the Idaho wilds, without a cabin, with 10 lousy pounds of gear.
Then go out into the woods and live like Morland if you're so impressed with him. I don't want that kind of miserable life.

While that's true, he "survived", he did end up mentally unbalanced (maybe he started out that way, don't know), and with a half-dozen or so teeth. The immense loss of teeth indicates probable serious deterioration of the bones as well, which means a greatly weakened constitution and immune system. (Since bones are your body's "blood factory".)
Definitely a situation and consequence I'd rather avoid for myself and my family if possible.
