knuckles of each fist, and don't even work at it. Can still grab a post as a balance point, do 10 1 legged squats on each leg, too. All it takes is a bit of "maintenance' work, once every week or so, to keep such levels of performance.

Onions&tomatoes on bread with mayo&salt?Hmmmmm,I'm a little more of a spinach&feta with tomatoes and SAUTE'd onions ona good whole grain scala...ambre with a little coarse ground black pepper and olive oil ....not THATS some good stuff.Gotta try you snack WITHOUT the mayo;it sounds good,but I just never got the point of mayo :) :offtopic: :nyah:

gunkid we know you do your pushups on your knees like little girls do in gym class. It's ok to tell us. We understand when you have a bad back you can only risk so much.
