Reputation points?

I've been trying to add to Andy's reputation points but he stays at zero.
Is he so far done a hole that he cannot be saved?Or should I just keep plugging away?

So what are these reputation points, and how do you give them?

Click on that cauliflower looking icon at the bottom left side of the message box. It opens a window where you can comment favorably (or not) on a person's post. No clue what happens after that.

As for Andy/223 fan's reputation, I think its so far NEGATIVE that its hopeless ... just like its owner. :D
