sometime, then do same with 230 gr jhp .45's. You will be SHOCKED at how much further the cans move with the 223. The .45 might toss them 2-3 ft, the 223's sometimes move them 20 ft or more.:-) Underpowered rd my ass. You just have to LOAD it right, and get the HITS. When you whack big dogs in the chest with such .45's, SOMETIMES they go right down, and sometimes they run off, run in circles biting at the wound, and sometimes they just charge and try to kill you. Shoot them with good 223 sp loads, and they are knocked on their backs, and they CAN'T get up again.

Cans full of what, gunboob? Empty? The .45 will throw them farther than any 5.56. Full of water? The .308 110 gr loads will about make them not even findable! Use 185gr .45 JHPS and the same cans will be in the same shape as the 5.56!

Do you do this shooting a a real range, or just go to the nearest gravel pit with Billy-Bob, Jimmy-bob and Jerry-bob??

Right. Knocked all the way over 180 degrees. Just like a hit to the shoulder on a movie with a 9mm will throw a guy back 5' and then he can fight with that arm 2 minutes later. Right. Is this another butt-rape-prison-fantasy?
