Good day. Two Wood Ducks, a Blue Winged Teal and my son got a Woodie and three Mallards. Watching my Labrador dive under the water was better than shooting. Now if I could just train her to drop them....

sounded like a good hunt!
i can hear my lab 'crunching' the rib cage as he retrives larger game, he was pretty bad, at one time!
a method[big pita] when they get 'hard mouthed' is to grip with your fingers their larnx/adams apple with free hand, while other hand on retrived object,
while commanding give/drop/ect...i know it sounds mean, but hey! it's part of their fun,[they can be total knuckleheads,at least mine is]
