Where did you find the pic? It almost looks like a giant dead pirhana thats been rotting for awhile, but the teeth look almost canine in nature. Odd.

It does look canine in nature but notice something... the lower jaw is missing the teeth. My guess would be a shaved or partially rotted large dog. The only problem with the rotted theory is the coloration of the meat hanging at the back.
I would love to see a closer and better focused picture of the teeth as well as a side shot of that ugly monster.

that might be pretty damn close. here is a skull of the California Sea Lion (which would be about that big) and it's similar... that thing looks 100% carnivore

when I right clicked on the photo it indicated it was from South America... here's the sea lion from that area... definitely a LOT closer tooth wise
