shotgun had, at the OK corral? 1100 fps and 7/8 oz. :-) No choke, either, that's why it wasn't workth a crap in a fight beyond about 30 ft.

I believe most of the times he used it, he was pretty close.

It wasnt his. Doc HATED shotguns. Somebody just handed him one on the way to the OK corral, and he didn't want to have the lender feel insulted cause he rejected it. He had to toss it aside and finish off a guy he hit with it, using his pistol.
