Fox, though they do have many faults, does make an effort to present a fair view of events. How good a job they do varies, but this story does at least show they try.

If the guy would have had sense enough to have a righteous rifle, he could have fired one shot from his apartment window, saved the day, need not have gotten legally involved, and would still be alive and well. Duh.
