The one I can KINDA see happening is the the kid bringing a shotgun shell to school; He certainly shouldnt have been suspended for a simple accident though.

But suspending 8 and 10 year olds for using fingers, a chickens and their own, to mime guns? Newsflash for the politically correct and retarded persons who made these decisions: BOYS LIKE THINGS THAT GO BANG.

There was one instance of a kid being thrown off a bus and into a squad car for having a piece of buckshot with him. No shell, no powder, no primer. ONE PIECE OF LEAD SHOT!
