From port arms, safety on, hands on stock and forearm, stand facing the target, 25 yards, 2 shots rapid fire, using whatever target you have.
( I am having a hard time finding the man outline type targets)
This is more of a combat type exercise. Run it like you are walking along a trail, and a bad guy pops up in front of you.
