The question is, where was the original distraction, the crooked fork in the road?

somehow, being satisfied with breathing... fulfillment and release on its most basic level is frequently forgotten or otherwise unrealized.

It's tough to pinpoint a reason.

Being satisfied with breathing answers any question immediately when in tune. Why even stop to ponder when from moment to moment, the ebb and flow of life, the breath... is happening now?

I find it is very important to never forget to breathe.
