View Full Version : I"m SO glad I never had interest in this stuff
It's such an expensive waste of time and money.
Too bad you've never had the joy of having nice things and better yet giving nice things to the ones you love.

But it is an enjoyable waste of time and money, and for the record, it's a shame that you never had the interest. But that's cool as everyone is different and not everyone will enjoy the same things.

That's nice more C&R's for the rest of us then.
BTW- Did I already mention I own 2 AR carbines and a load of goodies to go with them?
So what's your point?

It is your loss, not ours!
It's such an expensive waste of time and money.
In one post you say C&Rs are an expensive waste of money. In the next post, you say that are good truck guns for people that can't afford better. So, are they cheap make-do "stach" guns (like an SKS) or are they expensive wastes one money?
...or did you post in the wrong forum again?

I agree they do make nice truck guns.
Once I get this last Enfield lined out to my satisfaction that's what it will be.
Along with my M-44 Nagant.

Did it ever strike you andy, that your vaunted AR-15 CAR's design is almost fifty years old and therefore will soon have C&R status?

Everyone has different tastes. I wouldn't collect any, but I still think a lot of them look good. went to the museum in Gagetown and there were a lot of cool weapons (including mp40s, a chrome mp44, mg42, an old rpg. there were even AK47s)
And here are things that can also be considered waste of money:
-tuning a civic and spending thousands of dollars on it (hahahaha)
-bling bling (didn't look good in the 70's, still doesn't)
-Barbies
-The Jules Verne collection (very good books, but some ppl buy it in the intentions of looking cultured, but have never read any of them)
-Magic Cards
-Satellite Radio
and so on...
