SCAM ALERT Muzzleflash Media AKA "Heist"

It is ran by a man who jokes about reading his webhosting customers email and rips many people off of their money. I can back this up with many references and proof. I am looking for other people who have been ripped off by this person so that we can put him in jail together.

He is a felon with domestic violence charges against his wife.

First I've heard of any attempts by you to contact me, but be that as it may, I suggest you have your attorney review section 230 of the Communications Decency Act of 1996. Here's a link to some cases involving this federal law to help him or her with that research....

KPDpipes, if someone posted detailed personal information on you and stated that you were a corrupt cop who took bribes, shook down minorities, and beat your wife, I'm sure you would go much further than I have.

By the way, do you think your post reflects well on you as an officer? All defending Gunkid over me. You do know who gunkid is, right? :smokin:

I don't know much about "J. Prest" or yourself, nor do I really care about the specifics and as such I hold no opinion on the matter. However, the internet is one of the last places of quasi free speech; and truly free if you know where to put it. What is said online, especially in places such as newsgroups and discussion forums, is typically immune unless it is an actionable and credible threat. Consider Mr. Aquino and his cases for instance, or as an extreme example, 4chan; there really is no legal remedy that wont just waste time and give money to lawyers.

and getting all sandy, to the point of threatening to sue Rich..who states you've never contacted him over a TWO YEAR OLD Post is a sure sign of maturity. Since it's Melvin that posted this in the first place, then it's even MORE silly to get all worked up since No one takes ANYTHING he says seriously.
