The only one's we ever have here in Savannah, GA. are the "Eastman's", which I've attended a few times & gotten a couple of good deals; gotten "Ripped-Off" a few more..!; (ARGHH..!) and one that they have intermittantly at either our N.G. Armory or at the Alee Temple... Don't know who runs those one's...
This later one I find "Completely Pitiful" & the first mentioned is mainly "Over-Flowing" w/ Bandit's & "Rip-Off-Artists..!"
Anyone else have the misfortune of a 100% "Complete & Lousey Gun Show Circuit" in Your areas..?
For me; not to worry... I'll soon have my own type (07) FFL, & then I may try to "Make a Difference" at some of them, assuming I decide to even attempt an affiliation between myself & these really "Sub-Parr" gatherings..!?! :D

We used to have some pretty decent shows here in the Portland/Salem Oregon area. It kind of went to crap when they instituted the law requiring all purchases of firearms go through state tranfers. Used to be a private party could buy and sell but not now without paper work. You just don't see the good deals like you used to.

Years ago I went to one of the best Gunshow's I can recall; In Seaside, OR., of all places..!
I was really quite surprised, as Seaside had about 17 (Not litterally...) residents at the time..!
I also attended a couple of really quite good one's in both Bend, & Astoria, which also had truly
miniscule populations at that time..!
I know that has changed dramatically since then though..! :D

I went to the one in Seaside many years ago, if I remember right, it was pretty decent.

There's a local Dad and son team that opened a small gun shop here in my town. I've been trying to give them most of my business. This is my most recent purchase there.

I guess "The Wet Coast" of Oregon is great for the
"Pocket Pistol" folks..! (LOL..!) :D
