it is a 'fine lookin' BLADE friend !
as that is "ALL" the powers of the 'al-gore' INTERNT will 'allow' me to post!
[although, 'I' prefer, for several years now the 'T'-HANDLE w/gut-hook on the back-cut edge,,,as they are "THE GREATEST"! in my view, anyway.]

I really like collecting these Pacific Cutlery Co. knives. The Company only existed from '83 to '87. Before that it was Bali-Song which produced mostly Butterfly knives, afterwords it became Benchmade.
Jody Samson is the designer of this particular knife. He has become an incredible artist and weapons maker.
That is a nice looking blade; bet it feels good in the hand.

It has a natural warmth in the hand that's hard to explain.
Jody Samson definately has the touch, this boot knife has the same feeling.

wow ! it's a slender-sticker for sure!
man, you are 'knocking the dust off' of 'some' of my faded/buried memories,
as I recall carrying a 'bali-song' flipper/twizzler blade at one time.
the massed-produced gerber 'mk-1' boot knife/dagger, was the extent of my C.C.W. then came some pretty descent folders.[my current, is a cold-steel folder with 550 para-cord lanyard loop for the one handed 'snap-opening/recoiling backup unto the users hand ,,thusly falling into the ice-pick style of defense]

The PCC/Bali-song Butterfly knives have a following all thier own. I haven't started on them yet, I'm almost afraid to! :headbang:
