WOW you know I just read the turd and caught this:

`(F) A semiautomatic pistol that has the ability to accept a detachable magazine, and has--
`(i) a second pistol grip;

`(ii) a threaded barrel;

`(iii) a barrel shroud; or

`(iv) the capacity to accept a detachable magazine at a location outside of the pistol grip.


Seems like if it were enacted, only the grandfathered pistols would be able to have a threaded bbl. The previous federal AWB wasn't like this... it's more like PRK's :headbang:
