Hello there!

A .22 is a good choice for a first firearm. They are easy to practice with and have a mild recoil. Ammo is fairly inexpensive, you can shoot all day with a brick or two.

Hi Ben! Glad to see some younger folks taking an interest in firearms. I would hate to think the liberal educational system will brainwash all students into thinking guns are *bad*.

Welcome aboard!

Welcome, Ruger produces great .22's. Good value for the money you spend and durable. Buy stainless if possible, for those that don't like maintenance, stainless is ver forgiving.
