CZ-82, What's your take on this?

I saw they hit the C&R list, what do you think? Theu have a certain "Look" about them. Being a C&R junkie, I ordered one up from J&G. I'll give a range report when it arrives, and post pictures. New neighbors attached.

CZ82 is one HELL of a good gun in the caliber. Think of everything you like about an E.German Mak without the clunky feel. Plus,(like most Czech guns) they are built to handle warmer 9X18 mm stuff9they always loaded their ammo a 20 or so per cent hotter than the Russians after they forced standardization).

How much did you pay? I handled one at the gunshow and liked it. Price (there were two) at different tables was $279 and $299. Too rich for my blood.

Yes they do Brasshammer. Additionally .there is both a .380 variant and a .32ACP variant.The last one had me puzzled,but then the Czechs use to make a lot of VZ submachineguns(Skorpions) in those three calibers( as well as a few others).
