Sunday the oldest daughter and I went to the range and shot a few rounds through some of our fun guns. Finally got to shoot my mosin. Not to bad for an old military gun, grouped about 4.5" at 100 meters. The damn thing is long as a well rope, and heavy as an anchor, but I really like it. Samantha shot my sks for the first time, going to have to get her one now. I need to get one of those tools to adjust for windage on the sks and the mosin. Both rifles shoot to the right and a little low. In all we shot 200 rounds of .22lr, 50 rounds of 7.62x54R, and 100 rounds of 7.62x39. Samantha even shot my blackhawk .357mag. She didn't like the .357mag rounds but the .38spl were alright. A fun time was had and we plan on taking everyone next time we go out. Next time we'll take some pics of all the fun.
