Howdy,
New to the forum.
I'm an amatuer motorcycle racer / video guy ... and I also happen to like combat shotguns.
I mount camcorders and bullet cameras to my race bike and film racetrack activities.
Anyway, I got thinking ... wouldn't it be neat to put a video camera on a shotgun. :shrugs:
So ... I did. Mounted under the tactical light on a custom weaver rail mount I fabricated.
Thought I'd share.
No shooting in this "first" test video ... but that will come.

Looks like you've thought it out and do good work, Rat. Perfect that and start selling in to police depts. They like cameras on stuff. I just wonder what the recoil will do to the cameras. Well done video, by the way.

Thks.
Once the video plays through once, you can play it again and it should render smoothly.
I can't wait to test it live fire. I hope the recoil doesn't cause the camera to shut off. The cam takes some pretty good beatings at the racetrack (including crashes) and keeps working. So, I'm hopeful.
We'll see. :):)

Pretty cool! Probably would make for great evidence in an actual shooting incident.

LOL. Thks.
I'm going shooting with it ... and it's slug barrel, semi-automatic, big "brother" at the end of FEB. I just put a new $400 Hastings ported barrel on the auto. I'm hoping to get nice tight groups at 150 yards with it (that's rediculously awesome for a shotgun). We'll see if the all the hype about this Hastings barrel is true.
