I was out at the ranch in New Mexico recently and I got a chance to put a few rounds though my neighbors Armalite AR-50. That was some fun! I would love to eventually get one of my own when I move out from "Behind enemy lines". Being a "Lefty", I am thinking that the left handed version of the AR-50 or the Viper from Bluegrass Armory would work for me......

Here are a couple of pics of the AR-50:

This is the Viper from Bluegrass Armory:

I own one of those Armalite AR-50's and although they are not the most expensive .50 cal rifles out there, they sure will put holes in things. We were out shooting some military armor piercing rounds, and we were punching holes in an inch of steel @ 550 yards.

That Viper looks like a real nice piece of machinery. Kind of similar to the Barrett Model 99 in a lot of respects.

Can't say I've ever been real fond of the looks of that Armalite model, though....
