Ghost rings sights for XD .45???

I found ghost ring (http://www.entreprise.com/SpringfieldXD.htm) sights for XD pistols and was wondering what you folks thought of them. I think the model with front and rear tritium inserts looks awesome but, are they really useful or just another of the many "tacticool" items floating around these days? Will they give me faster and more accurate sight acquisition or would my money be better spent elsewhere? Your opinions are appreciated.

Nobody has any experience with ghost rings on a pistol?

I haven't seen those particular sights before, but I recommend trying to find someone who has them on their pistol and trying it to see what you think. If the rear sights apperature is to small it is much more accurate, but slow to get into action. If it is to large accuracy suffers and you have trouble hitting the broad side if a barn from inside. Good luck on your quest.

Some people on here will definitely be interested in the other stuff They sell like the FAL and M14/M1A receivers.
