Calzeghe v Hopkins

Anyone see the Calzeghe v Hopkins fight? I thought it was kind of weak for a title fight. The decision was correct, IMHO. Now I'm looking forward to the De Lahoya v Mayweather rematch scheduled for the fall.

I saw the fight.

It'd been much more interesting if Hopkins wasn't past his prime. He lost the fight, but he forced the Welsh-Italian to depart his style for a good part of it and, yes, Hopkins does hit harder.

I'd love to have seen such a fight if they were both in their primes...and that's a tragedy about boxing.

Uriah Faber is incredible...ought to be a great match up,since both of these guys lack a reverse gear;and can work you from any angle.Uriah,in particular ;is a conditioning monster.
