I see a topic that deals with this subject but it is about 4 years old ( good starter blackpowder gun? (http://www.armslocker.com/forums/showthread.php?t=26258)) and I was wondering if there is anything new to add.
I'm not a Black Powder expert but have some experience with black powder. What I'm looking for is a gun that will be fun to shoot, easy to maintain and rugged enough to last a lifetime of use (I wish my body fell into that category). I looked at the omega and also have looked at some flintlocks, I think it would be wise to make a purchase soon on something like this.
