50,000 rds of centerfire rifle ammo

= about $7000, and weighs 1200 lbs if it's 223, 2600 lbs if it's 308. So you aint gonna have access to anything like that much ammo for such rifles, and you dont need it anyway. 1000 rds a year of 223, and 5000 rds thru the 22 conversion unit, and you could do lots of things with a rifle that you currently can't even come close to doing. That is, with a timer, a notebook, and somebody to teach you what's what. Since, however, you THINK you are already "pretty good", you will never get any better.
