considerably less than the better 223 loads. Sellior and Belliot 00 loads are a pathetic 950 fps, according to one guy on the net. The "tactical" 00 load is 1200 fps, only 8 pellets, not 9, which means it has only 1500 or so ft lbs. this is if ALL pellets strike the target, of course, which is actually not all that common a case, beyond about 30 lousy ft, when the 14-20" riot barrels are used. If you use true magnum buck, the repeat hit speed, with a pump gun, goes WAY down, too. So the 12 ga pump is like .45 ball, WAY overrated, by people who dont really know the score.
