the BIG hurt on a remaining 150 of the enemy, man. Then the ambushers are GONE, and the rest of the company is left trying to clean up the mess. single shots, bolt actions, can't do anything of the kind. They get one hit each, the enemy all gets to cover, and then the attackers have no real ability to break a serious charge,put on by the remainder of the big group. When the ambushers have no silencers, no REAL understanding of how to hit with the rifle, what they get is MAYBE 5 hits, and then they get overwhemed. BIG difference in ability=big diff in outcome.
