Jap holdouts didn't print their locations on maps, so it's a moot point that maps and compasses didn't help find them. Just another retarded strawman argument.

I have the book "No Surrender" by Hiroo Onoda JD has heard about and tries to rehash taking things out of context.

Nobody was looking for the Jap holdouts. He basically walked into some folks camp in 1974 and told them who he was. They in turn contacted his family in Japan, who came to the PI and "searched" sonn found him and took him home.

Thats the story.

Another "History As I Wish It Was By JD" lesson.

You even read the book JD? I would loan it too you if I thought you could be trusted.

Well MELVIN, you have another instance of Open-Mouth, insert-foot.

It is amazing how easy it is to find you out. Stone-cold-easy MELVIN.

Three did it on this forum, in a matter of minutes. Your easy MELVIN, easy.

Did you ever stop to think that it might be because everybody out here is smarter than you are, by a country mile?

TODD are you saying that MELVIN is a COMIC BOOK COMMANDO?

If so, I agree with you, and MELVIN is a DRAMA QUEEN too.

Teuf, its been over 20 years since I read the book, but I remember that it was an interesting read. I find it amasing that gunkid, with minimal knowledge actually believes that he could accomplish the same thing. What a fantasy!!!!
