Some of those European countries, aforementioned, while limiting the NUMBER of guns you can own, allow things we generally don't here. For instance, in some places it's no big deal if you want a full-auto weapon. Likewise a suppressor. So, you can only own 10 guns. So we wouldn't be collecting milsurps. I think anyone with a brain can cover every use for a gun with a battery of 10, and still have a few "slots" left over for fun guns.
