will crack off the end of the PVC, where you have cut the groove for the internal snap ring. Neither the PVC pipe nor the epoxy, nor the pins (sideways thru rear of PVC, and into sides of bolt head) have any "give' in them, the way a welded in, threaded adapter has in a steel .22 can-tube. If you dont get everything made straight with the bore, there's no tapping it with a mallet,in order to get it straight. You have to start all over.

Just be sure of the legal ramifications should you decide to build one of his silencers.

There are far better designs out there.

You'd be better off buying one from an established manufacturer.

And again, Scarecrow andy/223 fan is trying to incite, dim witted people, to do illegal acts. Which is why I call him NUTTY JOHN ...

So what do you want to know? It features a male threaded rear endcap, and it uses baffles made of folded, spindled and formed screenwire. A mallet powered "took kit" is used to make the "donut" shaped baffles. They are about 3/4" long. Depending upon the ID of the can-tube, the can can be as short as 5", or as long as 10". The 5" model is "sleeved", being 1 1/4" OD, with a 7/8" internal tube, with the same long axis as the sleeve tube. To make it super effective, it uses aerosol grease (or a shot of WD-40 and a shot of water The 10" version is more like 5/8" OD, to look like the front 10" of a 1022 barrel. YOu have to have a certain minimum volume inside of the can, in order for it to be truly quiet. So if your can tube's ID is small, the can will have to be long, no way around it.

Yes melvin I think at least 3 or 4 folks are now forwarding info on you from all over the web. Some of us are even mining up stuff from the old archives.

And we are starting to copy more folks up the chain of command as well. Starting on Monday the Colorado AG gets it along with anyone I can find in teh CBI, BATFE, and the Federal District offices.

So how do you like them little green apples?

Anyone who would follow his advice should be kicked where it hurts IMHO. I have read a book about the many ways an assasin kills people I cannot remember the name althought I do remember that someone killed another person and was caught than blamed the writer of the book for instructing him to do it. :fullauto:

you lames wouldn't dare TRY anything, and you fault the guys with the balls TO try? :)
This is a foolish and baseless statement.

We "lames" either aren't interested or don't post about extra-legal activites. Balls has nothing to do with it; intelligence does.

The term proud to be stupid comes to mind here for some mysterious reason.

Why shoud most of us risk hard time and restriction of our rights over a poorly designed silencer?
