Look, Mister, say what you want about about rifles, pistols, Federal Cops, or whatever, but you don't talk bad about my compadres in the infantry.Theydid their job, I actually think you did your's too. Why would you denigrate them? Garry Owen!

I have friends who served. Some are whole, some have missing limbs and some have bad dreams like my Dad. All these men carry wounds to this day that you can't even imagine. Your service was limited to puppy puncher in the nice safe DMZ yet you set yourself up as an expert. You cannot imagine what these men went through. I couldn't have imagined that a so called human being could have stooped so low as to dishonor our brave men both living and dead but you did it with your pitiful little arrogant words. I cannot voice my utter contempt for you.

Raider, not meaning any ill feelings here, but I ran patrols/ambushes, as well as many many other missions on the DMZ in korea, for 3 years and let me tell you melvin never did anything but sit way back in the rear and pull his pud.One trip around dolphin head woulda killed him(I know dolphin head doesn't mean anything to ya but anyway).After trip through panama, somalia,saudi,iraq,kuwait,nicaragua,honduras, as well as korea, and the balkans I assure you that melvin has NEVER done a thing even remotely combat like.

I started my career in the infantry, and by god I take pride in a dat or cdat callin me a crunchy, but I will coldcock anyone callin me a leg.ANY 11 series, right out of boot camps been through more <font color=red>*</font><font color=red>*</font><font color=red>*</font><font color=red>*</font> than melvin ever dreamed of bein in.One run through an infiltration course would have him with a set of bdu's full of piss and <font color=red>*</font><font color=red>*</font><font color=red>*</font><font color=red>*</font>.

Melvins claims of being the bad ass criminal is just hooplah, he's little more than a perv that got coaught doing stupid crap.I will admit he's done some shooting(mainly his own feet but thats another story).His rep among the old timers in ipsc is crap, even know of a couple guys who just laughed at the mere mention he ever achieved anything near the speeds he claims.Anyway I know what you meant Rika, just trying to clear up a thing or two.

One thing melvin has achieved is a rep for being an inbred piece of dog<font color=red>*</font><font color=red>*</font><font color=red>*</font><font color=red>*</font>, but maybe I'm wrong, it coulda been cow<font color=red>*</font><font color=red>*</font><font color=red>*</font><font color=red>*</font>.

TM123, I apologize if I appeared to say negative things about the men who served along the DMZ or even the Berlin Wall for that matter. My anger was directed at Melvin and perhaps I didn't express myself well. I should have remembered that each duty post has its own share of dangers and hardships - things that our little Melvin has never experienced.

RIKA, I know what ya meant, but

by his own admission, he was 150 miles away from the DMZ. In Korea, that's about as far "in the rear" as you get without being in the Navy.
So ya can't even give him credit for being in a semi-dangerous area, much less a dangerous area like the DMZ.

Magnum, no need to get ignorant, the soldiers that have served in Commonwealth Regiments have great pride in the regiments that they serve in. Most regiments have a long tradition, that has been earned with the blood of their soldiers. If you actually want to know the history of my regiment;
