tube around the 3/4" tube, and an underchamber under the big tube, run it "wet" and you've got a silenced, short barreled .22 handgun, folks. If your gun is just 5.5" long (ie, M21 Beretta with extended barrel) then the package size is the same 8.5" OAL as a 1911 gov't model. but weighing only about 1/3rd as much and a LOT more pertinent to the needs of a hiker. 14 ozs, vs 40 ozs, and you have to have 5 ozs of .45 ammo to make the gun mean anything. 30 ozs of .22lr is 250 rds, man.
