Yea, I figger it just HAS to be a replacement, single-shot upper! The thread is continuing to build momentum. The concensus is becoming that the guy is FOS, and as far as what he's touting about the pistol part of the system, I agree - I mean, can he really say that an extended slide stop is anything other than old news and still keep a straight face?

Actually Pachmayer made a rifle caliber upper for the 1911 some years ago. I agree, the guy is probably full of sh!t and looking to sell to mall ninjas.

And you can STILL buy rifle uppers, or perhaps to be correct "carbine" uppers for .45s. So, nothing new there. Old stuff repackaged.

ok i read all the stuff about it. now what makes it so special???

its just a tricked 1911, doesn't appear to be anything special. .223 rifle top will fit, ok it'll fit my 1911 and so what. i've seen nicer tricked 1911's over the years, it appears to be nothing special that i can tell. so whats all the hoha about???

hell for that matter bigjon the pistols you've done are a lot more trick than that one
