So skip the BS about the Rowland, and use the .45 Super since you can't get out of the '70s as far as ammo is concerned. That way when you find out that your 25 rounds of pistol ammo isn't enough, you can use .45ACP, without carrying ANOTHER conversion kit.
.45 Super case aint one IOTA longer, thicker
than .45 ACP R-P (Remington-Peters) cases. Any load that's safe in .45 Super cases and barrels, is ALSO safe in .45 ACP brass, and a .45 ACP barrel, of the same type, with the same springs, etc.
