using the hollowbased, 60 gr hp, so one either needs a fully-supported barrel or the thicker cases of NATO spec 9mm brass. The latter, of course, also means less room for powder, and that means you have to back off on the powder charge, and work up to the max safe load again. 8.0 gr velocity, using Winchester brass and 4" barrel, was 2000 fps. Depending upon differences in barrels, of course, your results could be plus or minus 100 fps from that figure.
