Even a hand-saw makes them look sick by comparison, because you work much less to cut nearly anything, and a nail, knot, frozen wood, a twig behind you that you didn't see, etc, won't result in a broken saw or your leg or foot's having a major gash in it.

Probably the DOT builds and maintains the roads in the current national (federal) forests.
