Last night, my local sheriff was on TV discussing a wanted criminal. He escaped from prison in another county about ten days ago. The criminal gets his jollies breaking into people's homes and physically harming them. Yesterday, he was spotted sleeping in a home that he had illegally entered.
The local sheriff said that he believes the criminal is hiding out in patches of woods, sleeping by day and attacking at night.
In light of the bad guy's modus operandi, and its similarity to an oft discussed plan by a certain controversial person at this website, it seems an interesting experiment to see how long this guy will be able to evade capture, especially if he sets foot in my county.

Our local sheriff is one of the finest LEO professionals that I have ever met. He is also an NRA life member and sponsor. At one time, he used to train tracking dogs.
Any bets on how long until the criminal is caught?
