man, that was 1970, I was 18, I probably never shot it 100 shells. IIRC, I paid $30 for it, sold it for $20 to a buddy, who still had it, a year or so ago. You pulled forward on a curved fingerhook, which pulled a pin out of the breech, and then you rotated barrel and all on a (longitudinal axis with the gun) pivot pin. 410 pressures aint all that high, and they probably figured that the recoil would be enough to see to it that not much shooting was done with it. I tapped a couple-three pcs of thick leather to the buttplate, seemed to help a bit.
