How about, if you find yourself facing that sort of firepower and all you have is a poodle shooter, you've screwed up so badly that luck probably won't save you....

gunkid, the girlie-man wouldn't have the knowledge to employ that sort of firepower to ensure its maximum advantage anyways.

Ithica made a simi-auto 'Roadblocker' in 10 guage. Only catch was it was a 3 shooter. Now with muzzle break, recoil reduicer, shot spreader, and 7 shot mag, a 10 guage 3 1/2 inch shotgun has much to offer. Every time you pull the trigger you fire something like 15 9mm rounds.

I would think a good 12 guage set up that way would be an excellent anti-ambush weapon. I seem to remember the Brits and South Africans felt the same way. And they have lots more experience than gunkid and almost everything known to man.

It looks to have awesome short-range firepower, but a lot of ambushes/firefights happen at 50 plus yards. I think the effectiveness would be limited at any range past 40 yards. Fooling around with 870's a couple years ago, a couple fellow instructors and I concluded that 12 Gauge No. 4 law enforcement buckshot was pretty much ineffective past 35 yards. The pattern dispersed to widely for an effective shot. Also, at 50 yards the shot was sometimes even bouncing off the wood target frames. Shotguns are great, but know their limits.

Depending on the terrain it could be very effective. Think the Pacific Northwest!

yes! heavily wooded/brushy a.o's[kenetic chainsaw]

i think it would be 'ideal' as a firing port weapon in an amoured car! perhaps,a hook on the muzzle like the german mp 38/40.

definitly counter ambush firepower!

i have seen that video clip before, and i liked it as much the second time, as i did the first!

thanks.

Hmmpf.I'd think that that would make a pretty good home remodeling tool.

It's one of the "koolest"guns I've seen.

That would greatly improve the range.

However even with buckshot, even if the ambush was trigger out of it's effective range, spraying a bunch of shot ove rthe ambushers WILL keep their heads down long enough for most of your guys out of the immediate kill zone and prosecute a counterattack.

This would also be one hell of a weapon to have in an overrrun situation.
