Bambi...cute picture

Some people over in Bend, Oregon found this fawn on their front steps a few weeks ago and
took this photo.......the white spots on the steps are apple blossom petals.

Isn't this an amazing photograph??? A great job of camouflage!

The fawn stayed there all morning and the mama came to get it after 4-5 hours.

Another Bambi......

We found this little guy while squirrel hunting. He never moved a muscle. It's a Mule deer fawn also from eastern Oregon.

We happened upon the doe and this fawn driving from one squirrel hunting spot to another. They ran from the truck and the fawn ran smack dab into a log and went down 50 ft. from the road. I got out, snapped a few pics and left it to reunite with it's mother later on.

Tips? Just spend a lot of time in the woods. Oh, and have a camera handy! ;)
