If you ever need to contact them about something they handle it immediately and efficiently.
When I got my model 99 single shot bolt action rifle a few years ago, it had a problem igniting some of the .50BMG ammo. I contacted Barrett about it and they sent out the replacement parts right away. Apparently the firing pin spring was just too weak to do the job. Fixed that problem right up. Then they came out with an upgrade to lighten the trigger pull, which they offered for free to everyone, no matter how long you had your gun.
