I'll agree in that he's thought it out far enough to compensate (no pun intended) for some inadequacies, but that's as far as I'll go. Problem is, he picks a weapon (no doubt because of it's low recoil) that absolutely, positively REQUIRES as much velocity as it can get to have decent terminal ballistics, and then does everything he can to reduce the velocity of the projectile. Most of his other gun choices are the cheapest POSes that can be found, and will suffer being hacked on the least. So, while he's chosen general items he thinks he'll need (good), he's done little thinking/researching on what actually works and would have a much lower probability of failing on him (bad). So, he's got some thinking to do.
Now, if he were to act human, I do believe that most would be willing to help him improve his choices with his chosen criteria. Then maybe some help with tactics and actually surviving, in which guns will play a relatively small role.
