per shot, on a mover, when you KNOW which direction he's going, and what speed he's moving, even half of the time, (meaning it's LUCK when you do hit, just like getting a "heads" in a coin toss 2 possible outcomes you HAVE to get 6 out of 10 "correct", before it's more than just LUCK. Since the guy can EASILY change directions once per second, if you CAN'T calculate the necessary lead (meaning you KNOW how fast he's running, and at WHAT angle, at a rate of 1 hit per second or faster, then you have no HOPE of hitting the man who dodges once per second, except by pure LUCK.

As I have said before, A running man is covering 20-30 fps, and that means that he's taking 4-5 strides in one second. He can EASILY change directions once per second, as WELL as change SPEEDS, drop prone, roll to one side, etc. Thus, you will NOT hit him with any reliabilty at even 200m, in DAYLIGHT, with ear protection, even when you are NOT ducking incoming bullets. To claim that you can do so marks you as either ignorant or a LIAR, plain and simple. Reliability being more than 5 hits out of 10 tries.

I have had $5000 vs $500 bets running about this for FOUR SOLID YEARS, now, no TAKERS. Hard Rock TALKS a lot of crap, but he AINT willing to travel here and put a lousy $500 up, to take my $5000 and shut me up. Why do you THINK that that is the case, hmm? BTW a 50% hit probability would be pretty good odds for a shooter.

The more of your zig-zag change of direction crap, the longer it's going to take you to cover any distance, meaning you will be exposed to fire for longer periods of time.

You will still end up dead.
