Large revolvers present a CCW challenge. One way to overcome this problem is with what I call a "U-shaped", inside-the-pants holster.
The U holster is made from two, identical pieces of very thin leather. Viewed from the side, this holster has a pancake, or U shape, hence the name I call it. The two identical leather layers are sewn together around the edge of the U. The layers are not folded. The outer layer should have a belt clip affixed to it near the top. This holster should be made large enough that the revolver can sit deeper than a normal holster would carry the gun.
When properly sized, the large revolver should ride with its cylinder below the bottom edge of the belt and the grips should be above the top edge of the belt. Due to the symetrical shape of the holster as viewed from the side, the revolver will assume a slightly forward cant ("butt-forward").
Use a smooth, contoured set of grips that fits your hand. If the grips are made of wood, they will not grab your shirt or blouse like rubber, but rubber grips may work just fine for you.
