double feed is TWO rds trying to be chambered. The failure to extract-eject is simply that, a failure to extract or eject. Sometimes, a fresh rd becomes part of the ejection-problem.
double feeds almost always mean a mag
problem. If it's not the main cause, the magis almost always marginal, being a contributing factor to the problem.
