.55 second to hit the deck. A fairly fast man, wearing a belt rig openly, can drop such a coin, draw and get off a good one hand point shot, before the coin hits. A truly swift gun handler, however, can draw and get to Weaver before the coin hits. Or, he can drop the coin with whichever hand he "clears" a concealing garment, and get a 1 hand point shot off before the coin hits.
