I picked this up from a police auction, it's the first I'd seen of the enhanced Colt.

I guess it's a factory custom gun?

Yeah, Clint. This forum is for ALL Colts. Later on if it gets too crowded, it will be a snap for me to add my very own Colt Python forum off of this one and move all relevant threads over to it.

Nice piece, by the way! I've got a 70 series Gold Cup around here somewhere....... It has a nasty habit of throwing brass up towards my forehead. Really throws your concentration when a piece of hot brass winds up between the lens of your glasses and your eye socket!
